Here at Results Conditioning it is our mission to help you achieve your goals whether it is to lose weight, reduce body fat, improve muscle tone, increase cardio fitness, improve sports performance or generally feel better about yourself.
Using a mixture of training methods and equipment from the conventional to the unconventional such as car tyres, slosh pipes and sledgehammers, we will put together personalised training programmes that are interesting, varied and most importantly effective.
Our services range from one 2 one and small group training to working with larger groups where we head outside to a local park for some bootcamp style circuit training. We also offer online training where you can download video clips of sample workouts; receive personalised training programmes, test yourself in fitness challenges against other members and receive nutritional advice.

My name is Richard Brewin and I am the man behind Results conditioning. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years now starting off as a gym instructor before progressing to a fully qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
During my career I have worked for major health club chains Fitness first and David Lloyd leisure before deciding to set up the Results personal training studio based in Darley Abbey Derby. My aim now is to offer my clients an interesting and varied training experience using a mixture of functional movements, boxing/martial arts inspired workouts and unconventional training methods.
I believe that hard work brings results but that there is no reason why you can’t have fun doing it!
