Here is a workout you can do either at the gym or at home that only uses a pair of Dumbbells. The aim is to pick a weight you can complete around 12-15 reps of the first exercise (squat,curl and press) and use this weight all the way through. Complete 45 seconds- 1 minute on each exercise, completing as many reps as you can in that time with good technique. Try not to put the Dumbbells down until you have completed the last exercise then rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat for between 3-5 circuits. This workout will help to impove muscular tone and endurance, increase fitness and burn calories.
