Here is a simple whole body workout that uses just a single medicine ball. It’s ideal for people training at home but is great to use down the gym if you fancy trying something different. The workout will help to improve muscle tone especially the chest, shoulders, triceps, legs and abdominals. By doing all the exercises back to back without putting the ball down this will also help to raise your heart rate and burn a good amount of calories. Aim to perfrom between 40 seconds-1 minute of each exercise. At the end of the circuit rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat for 3-5 circuits.
