When my wife Laura found out she was expecting our first child she was determined not to stop working out. We decided to follow her progress as she trains through pregnancy and then after to see the results she achieves. In this clip I take Laura through a 5 exercise whole body toning routine.  I will be uploading new workouts every few weeks and Laura will be writing her own blog, so if you want to follow her journey and view further workouts then register today.
