115426_dumbbellsThis workout involves using one barbell to work the whole body with a number of different exercises. The aim is to complete 10-12 reps of each exercise back to back with little or no rest until you have completed the final exercise. Rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat, aim to complete 3-4 complete circuits. Start with a lighter weight than you would normally use for the individual exercises since the aim of this workout is to not put the barbell down until the end of the circuit. The workout will help to improve muscular endurance, stamina, and tone. Also because you are doing all the exercises back to back this will raise your heart rate and get your body burning fat.
