This whole body workout uses just a pair of dumbbells and a step box and mixes resistance with cardio. Its ideal for those wanting to train at home with limited equipment but also great for them busy periods at the gym when lots of the machines are being used. In the video I am training my client Phil who is a snowboard instructor and works away for months at a time. His goal is to keep up his fitness levels and muscle tone while he is away, training in small gyms with limited kit. *****
