What is Tabata training?

Tabata training was invented by Dr. Izumi Tabata and is a great training method for those who want to work for a sustained period of time with limited rest. This is why top class athletes use this form of training, particularly those that compete in MMA (mixed martial arts) and wrestling but can also be beneficial to those wanting to improve muscular endurance, stamina, tone and burn body fat.
