For this challenge all you need is one powerbag. For woman use a 7.5kg or 10kg bag and men 15kg-20kg. Spend 5-10 minutes warming up before starting the challenge.  Perform 5 reps of the following exercises, clean and press, burpees and lateral jumps. This is 1 set and the aim is to complete as many sets as possible as you can within 10 minutes. At the end of the challenge spend 5-10 minutes cooling down and stretching. Post your scores on here.

Check out the video below of a couple of sample sets.

Good luck and enjoy.

If you can score around 10 sets you are doing well, anything over 15 is very good.

Anna got a fantastic score of 17 today with the 7.5kg bag. This was an even better score since by the 6th set she said her legs had gone! There is more left though so 18 next time.

Great score today improving your score by 4 sets from last time and close to getting 18. All the work with the 10kg bag has paid off!

Abi was the 4th female today to score 17 on this challenge. Excellent effort and at half way I thought she was going to be the first to hit 18. Next time its there!

Helen did this today and scored 16 sets with a 7.5kg bag. This is excellent for a first attempt. This challenging is starting to hot up, Who will be first to hit 18 plus sets!
