115426_dumbbellsHere is a challenge that I did at the end of a hour long circuit class as a great finisher! The challenge is 10 minutes long and follows the same structure as the powerbag one. This time the exercises used were high pulls, push press and burpees. Again perform 5 reps of each exercise which counts as 1 set and complete as many sets as possible in the time. For this challenge Bodypump bars were used with the women using 3.75kg per side and the men 7.5kg per side. If you give it a go yourself remember to fully warm up before beginning and cooldown at the end. Please post your scores and let me know how you got on.

    I’ll be the first to put my poor score of 16 down!! Please bear in mind that this was at the end of circuits so I was shattered!!

    Well done. If your doing this challenge at the end of your workout then anything above 10 is good. Get over 15 is very good. Can anyone hit the 20 sets?!
