If your goal is to increase muscle size and strength then this whole body workout can really help. This workout was designed for clients to do alongside the lean muscle building programme that I run at the Results personal training studio. This 6 week programme combines large compound resistance movements such as deadlifts, squats and bench presses etc alongside high intensity circuit training. Clients who have followed this programme have achieved results such as reduction in body fat, increase in muscle size and strength and improved cardio fitness.
