		<description>Had 2 more female clients do this after a tough MMA conditioning workout. They both completed 12 jumps and 60 strikes and had begun 13 jumps when the time ran out. Excellent.</description>

		<description>Julie did the ground and pound gaunlet challenge today after a tough MMA conditioning workout that included jump squats, lateral jumps, ground and pound etc. She reached 10 jumps with 50 strikes in 4.55. This is a very good score.</description>
