This workout uses the effective training tool the kettlebell to give you a complete whole body workout. The aim is to use the same weight throughout and to complete all the exercises back to back without putting the kettlebell down. Each exercise is performed for either 30 or 40 seconds with you completing as many reps in that time as possible using good technique throughout. Each circuit lasts for 10 minutes and the aim would be to complete 2-3 circuits with a 1-2 minute rest in between. Since you are working for 10 minutes at a time without resting this will help to keep your heart rate elevated meaning you will burn plenty of calories as well as improving your muscular endurance and tone. Below is a video showing you a sample circuit.
