The kettlebell is an effective training tool that can help you to improve strength, endurance and power as well as working your heart and lungs with dynamic total body movements that can burn plenty of calories. These cannonballs with a handle shaped weights have become very popular recently thanks to their use by celebrities and athletes and can now be found in many health clubs as well as used by personal trainers.
This challenge mixes bodyweight movements with 3 of the main exercises used with kettlebells, swings, snatches and clean and presses. You perform 3 rounds of 7 exercises with you reducing the reps per round. You will be glad of this as the lactic acid builds up and the fatigue kicks in! In between each round you will rest for 2 minutes. The aim is to complete the 3 rounds in the quickest time possible. *****

Had a client post a time of 23.34 today using an 8kg kettlebell. This is a very good time. Next target under 25 minutes with the 12kg kettlebell.
Same client did the challenge in 22.01 with the 12kg. Excellent!
Had my first female client do this today. 20.25 with a 4kg kettlebell. This is an excellent time for this very tough challenge.
I am that female client! It is a very tough challenge, I was quite worked at the end, in fact I didn’t know what day it was! But in my defence I have just worked 6 night shifts! Loving the challenges and every session I have with Rich, he knows just how far he can push you to acheive far beyond what you think you can do.
All that training with your special 5kg kettlebell has paid off!
