This challenge uses 3 pieces of cardio equipment that are the most commonly found in health clubs, the treadmill; rower and upright cycle. The only other pieces of equipment you will need are a barbell and a bench or step box. The challenge mixes high intensity aerobic work alongside high repetition resistance work to give you a session that’s sure to burn plenty of calories, work your cardio system as well as helping to increase your muscular endurance.
