BURN 2 “Back 2 Basics” picks up where the first BURN left off although this time the workout is designed to push you that little bit further. Using more advanced variations of exercises previously used in “Basic Training” alongside new combinations and brand new exercises, “Back 2 Basics” is sure to offer you a whole new challenge.

Once again the workout follows the BURN Bodyweight training principles, 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest over 42 exercises. Starting with a warm up before moving into a core section, you will then progress to whole body conditioning before finishing hard with some high intensity aerobic training. All of this will help you to achieve the following results.

: Reduced body fat

: Improved muscle tone

: Increased cardio fitness

: Core strength

Listed below are some of the many new variations and new exercises you will find in BURN 2.

PLANK ARM AND LEG REACH: Test your core as well as your co-ordination with this advanced version of the basic plank.

NARROW TO WIDE PRESS UPS: Work your chest, shoulders, arms and core with this one challenging exercise.

3 WAY LUNGE: Combine a front, side and reverse step over lunge to completely destroy your legs.

DOUBLE LEG SQUAT THRUST: If you found the single leg version tough in basic training then wait until you have tried these. Even worse when you add a press up as well!!

DOUBLE JACK BURPEE: Take an already challenging exercise and increase the intensity by adding a jack at the beginning and end of the movement.

For more details of when this workout will be released and how you can order it then please contact me through the site. I would strongly recommend though that you complete at least 4 weeks of BURN 1 “Basic Training” before moving onto this workout.

In one of the landmark interval cardio training studies, researchers at Laval University in Quebec compared slow, steady aerobic cardio training with interval training in a fat loss study. The researchers were shocked to find that the interval training group lost more body fat than the cardio group, even though almost every fat loss program in the world today recommends long cardio workouts as the exclusive fat burning exercises to lose weight.
