Quick question, do you have a program that builds up over weeks? You made a few minutes look effortless, but what about those new to exercise?
All the BURN workouts offer progressions and regressions so that you can cater the workout to different fitness levels from the beginner to more advanced trainer. If starting out I would begin with BURN 1 “Basic Training” and then over 4-6 weeks look at progressing to BURN 2 and then onto “Fighting fit”.
