Each workout will be designed with not only your aims and goals in mind but also other variables such as what equipment you have available, time restraints, current fitness levels etc.
Follow these 3 simple steps to get the ‘Design Your Own Workout’ programme:
You will then be sent a personalised programme that will include a detailed training plan, technique points for each exercise, progressions and regressions and more. As well as the plan you will also find a short video clip on the website showing you the correct techniques for all the exercises included in your workout.
For just £9.99 you will be entitled to 12 plans per year (1 a month or whenever you wish to receive them). If you are already a full member to this site then this service is INCLUDED in your membership.
